Welcome Aboard!
As a part of U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary District Nine - Western Region, Division 4 provides administrative, training, communication and supervisory support to nine flotillas which proudly serve Northeastern Wisconsin and Northwestern Michigan.
While Division 4 does not directly provide services to the general public, each of our flotillas provides boating education classes, vessel safety checks and much more.
Division 4 flotillas assist the U.S. Coast Guard in non-law enforcement programs such as safety patrols, search and rescue, and marine environmental protection.
In 2007; the nine flotilla's of Division 4, consisting of 171 Auxiliarists performed 994 vessel safety checks; conducted 279 hours of public education; and engaged in 1028 hours of marine patrols. We provided direct on-the-water assistance to 74 boaters with vessels cumulatively valued at over $671,000.
If you are interested in recreational boating safety and would like more information about our programs, or even becoming a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, you may contact us and we will refer your inquiry to the appropriate flotilla, or you may contact one of our flotillas directly.
